Description
There is a common scam in the galaxy known as the "Gaprop scam", wherein an architecture contractor sells its services in bulk for many, many clients, when in actually the blueprints are a rip-off, instead showing designs for random objects such as furniture, signage, and other inanities. Most of the time this is written off and the company is listed as 'do not hire', but some planets are poor enough that they have no choice but to make do on what they have. You get buildings like these as a result; a crude elevator was built on one of the legs leading up to the "top", where the actual city hall is built. The name comes from the now-defunct Gaprop Corporation, which was infamously contracted by the Citron homeworld looking to construct a new city hall. The result was a giant Red Berry bottle looking over the capital like some very elaborate advertisement campaign. The Citron homeworld administration was fined many times over for copyright infringement.
