Actually, I am a total geek. And have seen that episode of Doctor Who. But the Ood appear in multiple episodes and seasons. In fact I've seen more Ood than Cybermen.

That was done using the Cell Parts mod. It's one of the few mods that still allow you to upload the creature intact.
