Description
Some important changes to the proceedings of the contest:
-TheShipBuilder will be a fellow judge to assist with the large volume of entries.
-The Construction and Practicality criterion will be scored out of 10 points instead of 5, since there is much subjectivity and variability in these categories. Also these should be priorities in the entry designs.
-Instead of a discrete first, second, and third place with honorable mentions, there will be three categories: Land, Sea, and Aerospace. All three will have their own Top 3 and honorable mentions. This is because it is unfair to judge a truck against a boat.
-Contrary to the start of the contest, there will now be a limit on the amount of entries eligible for judging. Only 5 entries per contestant will be judged: however contestants can still enter as many entries as they want. Contestants with more than 5 entries can decide which ones they would like to be judged; otherwise, the judges will choose the five best looking ones.
-In order to facilitate judging the sheer amount of entries and get results to contestants in a timely manner, I will lock in all submitted entries two weeks prior to July 31st, in other words all entries will be locked by the end of July 17th EST. New entries can still be submitted, but existing entries cannot be replaced or updated. I will begin judging them after July 17th. Any entries submitted after July 17th but before July 31st will be judged in the days following the latter date. However, results will remain private to me until every entry has been graded.

I looked around again and I realized that I have misunderstood the theme.I thought this contest was about making a Marauder-Vehicle(it is a class of vehicles with high defensive armor against explosives) well it is too late for me now
