And if ratings DO decay, then that's a horrible idea. Maxis really shouldn't have done that. What about smaller creators like me? Who need some positive attention? And since we don't know about this stupid Rating decay system, we blame it...

It's not that everything needs a green rating, it's that NOTHING of mine has any positive rating. Everything that garners positive attention gets shot down by downraters.
