Just in case it's not because of full storage, I find this website useful when researching glitches, you can try to look through it if you want.

Anyway, if your computer is full (at least on Windows 8.1, I don't know if this goes for 10, etc) it can cause crashing, lagging, and not being able to open the game itself... So if you're if full I recommend freeing up some space to see if that helps.

Hello to you too! ^.^ Also, what version of Windows are you using? 8.1 can be VERY FREAKING ANNOYING especially when your computer is full (I have 8.1, and have experienced not being able to open Spore when my computer had no available storage).
