Description
The Qin'Mashar may rule as apex predator during the day, even it knows fear when the two suns of Kronus set and the world is shrouded in utter darkness.
Nights on Kronus are usually short and irregular, and the Qin'Madrak will rarily wake from their slumber. But when the planet is shielded from light of the second sun, true nightfall sets in, one that can last up to 36 hours. It is during these times that the Qin'Madrak emerges from its lair. It has only a limited timeframe before sunrise, therefor it cannot be picky and will attempt to devour anything that moves, its jaws capable of crashing the most durable shells and bones. It leaves little to waste. Its lack of fear makes it very deadly to the less fortunate of Kronosi society. Reports of Qin'Madrak sightings and attacks are quite common.
During the long periods of daytime and unworthwile short nights it stops its metabolism.
