Description
The Novian HVY (Heavy)-class are a group of ships commissioned by Sensenet to guard its assets against organized barbarian fleets. While unwieldy and sluggish, this class provides an unyielding defense against many contemporary battleships. It is especially useful as a shield, given its large size. It has copious amounts of metal-polymer alloys with carbyne implants that can withstand enormous amounts of punishment. It can also act as a battleship if escorted by smaller ships, although it is not purpose-built for this role. Due to the massive amount of resources required, it is fairly expensive to make. Some members of the class have less armor than standard to reduce these costs. On the flip side, a shielding system and stern-mounted turrets can further increase the costs. Among its crew, it is often nicknamed "the Brick" due to its shape or more affectionately, "Hailey." Novian claims that these ships can both survive waves of naval-grade railgun and plasma shells, although this has not been verified in combat. All members of the HVY class have not, at least officially, been damaged by such weaponry. To date, only the four point-defense turrets and bow-mounted underside mass drivers have ever been used, mostly in training exercises and warding off space pirates.

I like this ship. This is a nice ship. The paintjob and the rear end are probably the weakest point design-wise.
