However I have never had a problem myself with installing CaC after GA. But probably best to take it safe.

RE: If I recall it goes Spore ? CaC ? GA ? Patch ? Bot Parts. You can do it in other orders but it may cause bugs apparently (I think its especially prominent with Bot parts).
