Everyone! I think i know who these Downraters are, Maxis and EA!!! How come they haven't Fixed the Rate System, nor Banned the Poeple wo have Cauesed Trouble for Years? I have Contacted Maxis about this and they Never Responded, they hung up!!!! (Tags)
