RE: If they don't mind getting swindled. The Armarium are greedy con artists and many are pirates and thieves. However if your smart you can work around there tricks they have a lot to offer.

RE: The Armarium Empire has the same problem with the Grand Universal Counsil. They had a nice monopoly over their galaxy until the GUC stepped in and started loosening it.
