Description

(2012 remake!!!) Tyrannosaurus Rex. It is one of the largest terrestrial carnivorous dinosaurs ever. Found in western North America, it was approximately about 12.8m long, but this was challenged by others such as Carcharodontosaurus, Giganotosaurus and Spinosaurus. However, it was still the most famous dinosaur, known from its large head full of bannana-sized sharp teeth, which had the ability to crush not only the tough flesh, but even bone. This evidence of it swallowing bone could be found in its fossilized waste. The victims of this feared predator would have died of loss of blood or fatally injured from the massive bone-crunching mouth. Not even the best armoured dinosaurs such as Triceratops and Ankylosaurus were safe from this monster. Tyrannosaurus' arms were two-fingered and tiny, too short to grip prey. It also had a highly developed sense of smell, as well as acute binocular vision. Most palentologists believe that Tyrannosaurus was an opportunistic hunter that was able to hunt for prey (especially Edmontosaurus) when it needed to but some foolish scientists claim that it is a scavenger. Despite being the top of the food chain, Tyrannosaurus Rex was one of the last dinosaurs that would become extinct 65 million years ago. [Please ask permission first if you want to use it. @juicyfishes I made a remodel of a T-Rex just now. I haven't shared it yet though.

Looks great, much better than mine! The tail could use a little love, but other than that, this T-rex is perfect! Great job! :D

We see this in crocodiles and birds in which the male is bigger, or the same size as the female. Just wanted to point out that WDRA(When Dinosaurs Roamed America), has SOME false facts..

By Dinosauraptor900

In my opinion, or maybe as a matter of fact, Female Rexes were smaller than males. Yet "Sue" was a "female".
