Notes about the creation: I couldn't do anything about the spike sticking out of the top of Harley's head, so you'll have to live with it... just left it uncolored...
The thing on the dashboard of the car is supposed to be a roadmap; the creation was inspired by the last panel of "Suicide Squad" #5, which is the only panel that Harley shows up in in the issue though she's mentioned at least twice.
The vehicle editor is incredibly limited in terms of how you can detail figures so I apologize if it looks... crappy... Goodness, even the BUILDING editor is more flexible... 9_9
