Yes, MineCraft has been cancelled. Google's logo is blacked out in protest. Wikipedia has shut down. It probably won't be passed, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

SOPA is a bill in the U.S. that is trying to be passed. It will limit what we can do and see and say on the internet. Anything that has online will be limited like Spore's complexity meter.
