The two groups found that on the isles the gravity was odd, and predicted major sizemic activity, so they were very conservative about building.

The Darsithian empire had some experimental technology and teleported a entire group of bases into the area known as tasty lake. They then at request of their allies telleported in reblons empires troops whom formed several collonies and spacial vehicles
