Description
The only carrier-based strategic bomber at the time, the B-49 was a highly succesful aircraft. It could carry 5,800kg of ordinance, plus four anti-ship Harpoon mkII missiles. It also had two 20mm cannons in the tail turret. It entered service in 1958.
