THIS IS NOT A CONTEST, ONLY A TEMPLATE.
This is the template I created to make all of the recent flora. There are pretty much NO rules for this template, but there are guidelines. Follow these, and your flora can look as good as mine.
*to make branches, simply copy one of the roots by holding alt. Stackable parts (like horrorlumps) can make far cheaper branches at times.
*use asymmetry for a more realistic flora. To do this, hold the A button on the base of your branch
*you don't only need to use plant parts on this template. Try using different parts for unique and alien styles.
*for a realistic base, try and use parts for rocks or grass.
*just because its a plant, does not mean it must be painted like a tree! paint it any way you'd like
*for a more interesting plant, you can mess around with the posture and width of the "Trunk"
*before saving, open up the sporepedia and view a building or vehicle, and then save the creation. It'll give your creation a shiny look.
Well, that about it. Again, no contest, and these are GUIDELINES, not rules. To use you cool new plant in an adventure, disguse a gameplay object, and click to edit a house. While in the building editor, go to the sporepedia, click "all" and click on your plant. Dont edit, just click the check, and its all yours. Have fun:P
