Description
The Yurubel Party Hall is a meeting place of the party, which runs the Yurubel Government. Many of the Party's meetings use up gallons of punch, dozens of balloons, and pounds of confetti.

A pretty nice building. The details sticking off the side are interesting. I like the colouring, and the layered parts are cool.
