A primitive race of blind eel-like bipeds which lurk within the underground rivers lakes and pools of Jaddon.While they lack the intelligence to form tools, language, or anything higher than a primitive pack-society, they do have a "religion" in the form of daily offerings to an ancient creature called Shak-ar.
