Description
After being kicked out of the Warlords Coalition, the Lucaus began to once again improve the military substantially. These new weapons were now designed to kill millions of civilians along with other military personnel. Hence the name "Brutality"

One huge tank for sure - it's sizze may be a little inpractical in some situations but I bet it's armour would protect it. One thing to improve - it looks very tall and thin - widen it out a bit, it would look more stable, well armoured and b@a^ss.
