Description
Kosmoceratops richardonsi is a moderately-sized chasmosaurine recently described, and which lived in what is now Utah. Kosmoceratops bore the interesting traits of the brow horns curving out sideways, as well as a set of horns on the frill that bent down forward over the frill. With a total of fifteen spiky projections on its face, the name Kosmoceratops appropriately means "decorated-horned-face."

Nice Kosmo, what trick do you use to make the frill? By the way, I've noticed that every Kosmo on Spore(including my own) is teal or blue. Just sayin'.
