Description

A cryptid from Dartmoor, UK, this creature is said to resemble a large, black lion. However, after viewing photographs of it, one resident realized that this so-called beast, is actually her pet, Troy, a 2-year-old Newfoundland. Troy enjoys running around the area that the Dartmoor Beast is usually spotted. His owner explained that from afar, Troy doesn't even look like a dog, because he's so big. Also, Troy even bears a distinctive "mane" of fur around his neck, which explains the lion theory.
