Why does it have to be a building? It could simply a large pool with a tall diving platform next to it? Pretty nice job on it nonetheless.

A dive that high needs a much deeper pool. The doorians probably go like wheee..... SPLAT!

make an adventure about the diving platform . the doorian dive platform is destroyed by an asteroid and you must find in the ruines a diver that was still in the building
