Am I on the right track, or are they like something else? Just asking for curiosity mainly, so no need to answer if you don't want to be too specific about their morphology or anything.

Another random question about surisins, how would you describe their bodies? They seem insect-like, which makes me guess the surface is some hard but flexible chitin-like material, with limbs having thicker layers (and spikes) for protection.
