Description
The psydala is an aquatic species that lives on the ocean bottoms on the planet Sarenti. It waves its tentacles and uses its large central eye to hypnotize its prey. Psydala are worshipped by the zealot races as a manifestation of the Eye of Spode, but they're really just primitive bottom feeders which eat the droppings of the many animals which swim above. For this reason, "hypnotizing" their "prey" first is not really necessary, but psydala are not smart enough to realize that.
