Description
The Gorkin empire plans to build a bomb using a superships on an unsuspecting planet. But when the inhabitants of a nearby starsystem catch what goes on, its up to you to infiltrate the ships and destroy the bomb!

Well, Molecular was a real stage. Search it on Sporewiki. It waas like Tetris but the blocks were portrayed as DNA pieces, and to pass the level, you had to get enough DNA point's to turn ninto a Cell organism. City might have been ld Civ like you said.
