~|The Magpians!:|~|Pronounciation!:| Mag-Pea-ANS|Culture!:| The Magpians are a Peaceful, quiet, and adventurous like culture. Often ready to try new things and invent different machines, the Magpians are constantly experimenting with new materials. They are more atheist than religious, as well; they do not really believe in any religion. The world holds itself... binds itself.. with Science, in their eyes.|History!:| Once a peaceful creature known as a Skulled Seruns, they evolved to start to adapt to their flooding world. Rains poured, lightning flashed, for almost hundreds of years without any end. Their beautiful world of shallow, clear oceans and vast contients ceased soon enough, about Six-Hundred years later. Only the highest of mountains and plateaus poked above the surface of the now extremely deep oceans. The Skulled Seruns were forced to adapt fins, weapons, and limbs, to enable them to swim. They also grew their intelligence along the way. Billions of years later, the now completed race of the Magpians started to take hold of the planet. The mammalian-like race dominated over the other creatures. During a few thousand years of their existance, the Magpians developed their first senatial city. Well, more like a tribe. Three leaders were held up to the stand, one Male, the other two were females. The male was like a supreme overlord, and the females were like his puppets. This Supreme overlord was named Arxel Daukkau[ARE-SHELL DAR-K-A-YOU]. He was expessially on the crazy side. Not much can really be told about Daukkau, since he burned most of his historic scriptures before he killed himself. Ever since that.. odd happening, the Magpians became a democracy, electing their leaders in every 5-year terms. However, at the moment, the Magpians are now a dictatorship, under the control of Dictator Huigin[H-you-G-IE-N]. He horribly morphed the Magpian culture.. in so many unspeakable ways. Ways I shall not express here. xD Ironic, Huh?|Vehicles, Inventions, Et Cetera!:| The Magpians are best known for creating the artifical lung, a metal lung in which can be used to replace a diseased lung. Not much can really be explained about it.. just a huge, metallic tube in which is hooked up to a patient. Another Scientific achievement excelled by the Magpians was the ability to bring whole organism.. or part of an organism.. back from the dead. You know, like the decaptiated head of a pet? They would be able to hook it up to blood-filters and artifical arteries and veins, to get the blood circulating within the head. Oxygen would be placed in the blood mixture, and after a few minutes, poof. That head would be alive. Creepy, isn't it? A common Magpian vehicle includes the Drafter, a fish-looking technical ship that usually has three cockpits, and three fins. Usually, three captians would be stearing the ship.|The Planet!| The Magpian hopeworld of Desertia is mostly a water-infested world,[it orbits the small brown dwarf called Xerun-8/9]. Many, almost hundreds, of small islands scatter among the cyaned-blue waters of the planet. The land is often a tropical dark green-color, the sands carrying a bleech colored surface. Dispite all of the small islands, there is one central island, covered with volcanoes, mountains, and plains. It is awfully monsterous, covering about two-sixthed of the planet. In its heart, it has a spiraled-cove, in which most of the planet's oceanic life call home. Crabs, eels, and other small earth-like creatures love to hang around the cove, as with the Magpians themselves. It makes a great summer vacation spot! The atomosphere is warm and humid. This is caused by frequent rains on the planet. The brown-dwarf orbits so close to the planet, that the atmosphere itself is a dark crimson.
