MAIN parts? Like the base ones? Sorry but, you can only rotate them. Not tilt them.

If you put any random base down and atach a connector to it, then put the part you want to use onto the connector. From there, select the connector and press TAB, and you can tilt the part!

...the select the connector and press TAB and tilt it. once your done you can press cntrl and lift the main part up so as to get rid of the connector and the other base

its kinda complicated but you have to take a mian part, then add a connector onto that, then put the main part you want to tilt on the connector...

Hold in TAP then click on the part you would like to tilt. There should be some rings around the part to tilt it.
