Description

The Grox once were kept in check by a superior race from the Euler empire. The Euler empire were well know for engaging lengthy battles of the mind, and would create puzzles to decide positions in their thriving society. The grox, still set on galactic domination, prentended to be interested in these mind games to introduce their greatest weapon. At one of these events, the grox asked one euler to find a repeating pattern in the Pi. So distressed that that no pattern could be found in this everlasting number, the Euler empire became uneasy. Scientist began to go insane trying to find a pattern,the economy drove itself into a depression, just as the euler people did too. The goverment began to split into sides which either believed there was no pattern, or those devoted to finding a pattern in pi. They were driven to civil war, bearring arms for the first time in centuries. The war ended, not because the two sides stopped, because simply there were none left. Without a more powerful race to keep them in check, the grox seized power of the galaxy.It is rumored some of the eulers still exist, isolated in forgotten bunkers, still trying to find a pattern in the an endless number."Fear not the grox, for pi is the plague of modern civilization."-The last known euler
