Description
Phoebon is one of the oldest councilmembers, almost as old as the Taranil themselves. Phoebon has opposed the war with the Zygos since the beggining, for two reasons: one, he was great friends with both Dalman and Ilmina, and knows that neither would condone this war, and two, he doesn't think the Taranil can win. All the same, he stands by the Council, and wields his mace Right to great effect against the Zygos. Oh, and he hates Odnomil.
