Description
Of all the land predators on planet Zess, none are more feared than the 'doom hound' of the Barren Wilds. This untamed stretch of land occupies roughly 1/3 of Zess' total land mass, and is home to many fearsome creatures, of which the Thraxus reign supreme. Tinted red to match the dusk that is their preferred hunting time, they stalk the fields and forests for prey, quickly closing in and eviscerating their victims. These creatures are so powerful and fast that they have no need for stealth; they often announce their arrival with a screeching, metallic hiss that many now signify to be the call of the grave.
