@Dinoduck94 but the birds, are actually eveolved from reptile hipped, not bird hipped dino's, the first bird was the archaeopteryx (i probably spelled it wrong) which was around 220mya whereas velociraptors were about 85mya

@Mathon, its not that they could have been birds, Velociraptors are Ornithosaurs (bird-hipped) and lots of evidence shows primitive feathers on theropds like velociraptor, even T-rex, so its not that they could be the ancestors of birds, they ARE the ances
