Heheh, nice desk. And what is UBD? It's practically a stlye, but ultimately it's just a tag. It's a concept of "antipop culture," or pretty much a bunch of creepy creations. Hydro_Glyph invented the tag.

i've never done it myself, but i assume that to get animated avatars, when you are changing your avatar, click the browse button to go through the files on your computer.
