Description
A civilized Ashthi wearing the current style of clothing. The Ashthi have proven to be an intelligent race, skilled in the fields of mechanics and engineering. Though more focused on building bigger and better contraptions, Ashthi have lately become more interested in how the creatures of their planet work. Only recently have they began to study in depth their own snowflake-like "DNA" and crystalline "cells". Their studies of the body have also resulted in breakthroughs in medical science; Ashthian diseases that were once fatal can now be treated and prevented. This also opens up new windows for biological warfare, however. Thousand-year grudges and feuds still exist between separate nations of Ashthi, and fighting between countries is far from uncommon.

'After Man' was ok... Really the lupine rats (the falanx) and the rabbucks were the only real parts I liked and could agree with. the vast majority of other things were rather... (how do I put this politely?)... creative? I dunno.

Great alien! It has a delicate, yet metallic look to it. Nice work!

Interesting ideas about "snowflake-like DNA" and "crystalline cells."
