Description
The Skeloth is a vicious aerial predator native to the overworld of Zess. The world's boggy surface and tangled overgrowth lends shelter to all types of semiaquatic and land-dwelling life, and is the ideal place for a Skeloth to feed. The Skeloth burrows into the mud tail-end first and waits patiently for its prey, sometimes for days on end. When a creature comes near, it strikes, using its powerful wings to propel itself out of the mud and towards its prey, and proceeds to clamp the creature in its jaws and drag it under with it. The Skeloth's anatomy allows it to hold its breath for incredibly long periods of time, essentially reusing filtered air through their bodies until the supply has run dry. Along with this is its tail, which sports small fleshy clamps that can undulate to burrow into the soil. With these advantages, the Skeloth can easily drag its prey under the mud and dispose of them as it sees fit.

How I hate the creature creator at times. This is the closest I could get to making it visible in the thumbnail, all the other tries were sunk into the border.
