Description

This, like the command center, is a pre-fab building meant to be dropped down to a planet at anytime. After a world has been claimed, it needs to be occupied hence the living quarter for the legions of storm troopers.

I always figured the storm troopers were just engineered constructs who got put in stasis or something when they were off duty :)
