In german language, i could explain it better. if you want to let a thing fly, you press Strg and the piece with your left Mousebutton to put him vertical up or down. for horizontal press the first button over Strg and the piece.

Sorry, i could not understand everthing, you write to me. I find the word "glitch" not in my dictionary. I think, you want to know, how to make things flying. If not, please write a new question.
