i believe that there shouldn't be an option to downrate should be terminated and that rate decay should be fixed!! my good friend r0ckm4n01 has nearly left because of a downrater (JDizzy778) has major downrated him! Slarti, DreamWarroir, and I have all been attacked by rate decay downraters or rate decay! Please everybody, comment on this and hope that Maxis sees it!!

Dont feel to bad about downraters, they are just jealous of other peoples stuff because their stuff sucks :) and i have a question. how do you know who rates your stuff?

Yeah my First player of one of my missions was a downrater.My downrater Left as soon as he beamed down and downrated it! they should make it you cant make a new adventure downrated!

I only downrate stolen creations, like when someone edits another person's creation without giving them credit.
