Description

Part 5: There is a hold in the center of every city. This is a typical example of a hold. The government offices are housed on the ground floor. The tower is the look out and bell tower, in case of troubles. Most holds have areas for the Mystic Dragons to meditate. This one has two, in front is a two tier water fountain and in the back is a reflection pond.
