My little bedlington,(FYI, a dog breed...whippet in poodle coat , trimmed to look like a lamb), always on the lookout for something new to explore in the backyard. Named after the movie character, he narrowly escaped being crushed as a pup by our Neopolitan Mastiff who lost her footing at the top of the stairs and slid down them, with wee pup madly dashing just a whisker length ahead of her....jumped to safety off the last three steps as the mastiff pounded into the wall at the bottom of the stair well...it looked like the movie...the first one..with the boulder and Indiana jumping just ahead of the boulder before becoming a pancake. Maybe that is why he's always been a freak on the stairs...hehehe....now the cat ambushes him on them....its a pain at night..getting him upstairs...as he is so cautious and will get to 3 steps away from the top, turn around and go up the last three backwards in case the cat attacks him! I never thought I'd have the breed of dog that I laughed so hard at (in pictures) but truth be told, he is one of the nicest dogs I've ever had the pleasure to be around.
