They are a relatively young race, only recently achieving spaceflight and this only by chance. An exploration scouting vessel from the Kaldarian Mining Corporation landed on Ortol in search of minerals. Their preliminary scans showed that there was life on Ortol, but whatever life there was, was primitive and would probably make good slaves for the mines. What they found were the Val?Krin, and what the Val?Krin found was the stars were no longer out of reach.

Great update; I miss the hip pouches, but love the new sash-thingy. Head still looks stunning, I love the fin-thingies. Not loving this loincloth so much as the other one, but it works with the colors. Would R+, but prob rate decay.
