Description
Manta is the advisor of Horu's lesser generals. Born on Xanta, he has a deep spiritual connection to the Ancient Winds. As Xanta was becoming desolated, he took the newborn Arna and fled to the Overworld. With his divining staff, he is able to understand the whispers of the Winds and interpret them for the generals. The winds are often ambiguous, though, and their words often come true in ways that no one truly expected.
