Description

These charges are mass-produced by a rogue factory formerly owned by the Harkoon Corporation. The factory's A.I. took over, kicked everyone out, and sold trillions of these at bargain-basement prices. The CEO's of the Harkoon Corporation are not amused.

@manjensan: Um, it's actually quite simple to make custom arms in GA. You just disguise the grenade as something else.
