Description
The B-36 was the biggest bomber with pistons engines. 70 meters wings span for 40 meters length, was a lot bigger than B-29. It was used for 1st experiment of "nuclear powered plane". Nuclear plant was not used for propulsion, but only for testing on radiations-screens. Flyed for 215 hours, with only about 90 hours reactor active. Thanks to crwmike for link to 3 views plans.
