Description
One can only guess what unnamed particles are being called into existence and immediately obliterated within the core of this ship. The reactor core is actually a quasar that has been contained in an anti-gravitational field. The quasar's gravity waves are focused and reflected back into the center. The event horizon of the core is in a delicate balance and can become unstable, so the ship has the ability to save itself by jettisoning the aft section.
