Description

Ice Troåggs are often mistaken for Yeti. Though they might be distant cousins, they only seem to share the cold areas of the planet. Their hulking pose is often taken as a formidable gesture, they are in reality very passive and would run away at the first sense of danger. They are herbivores and eat sweet grasses and flowers of the tundra and lower mountains. In many cases they follow the herds of other animals so their scent is lost to those that would harm them. They are rarely credibly seen and considered a myth in many circles as a specimen has never been captured or found, thus adding to its cryptic identity. In some cultures they are known as the old man of the mountains. It is reported that they do live in ice caves, or ravines, that can go on for miles below the surface of some glaciers. They are reported to be social, as tracks have been found suggesting groups of three to five, which may also be a family group. Many uncertainties surround the Ice Troågg as to whether they do or don't exist, but as long as tantalizing clues crop up and are not debunked as fake, then the mystery will persist as to why they are so rare and wonderful to our imagination. {Big thanks to Minna for allowing the use of her fine template :)} [Template by Minna, per request, redone by Al_B_Bach]
