Description

Dark Essence soars in the night breeze of dreams. Always touching our thoughts, yet never waking or disturbing. Blending into shadows and dark corners, keeping watch for nightmares that creep through the night. Showing us our inner imagination and letting us fly in the clouds without the use of wings, then setting us ever so softly to the ground. Taking us to exotic places we could never think of, sights of awe and complexity. A joy to experience in our older age, such dreams are rare... not like our youth, playing in toy and candyland. To sail upon a cloud or walk on distant soil. To be an animal of great strength, or so tiny that we are invisible. Guideing us softly through sleeping walks, insuring the safety of the traveled path, Dark Essence is the gaurdian of calm dreams and deep sleep. Yet she will be gone with the first lights stir, whispering a soft song that only our minds can hear 'It's time, it's time, wake up it's time'. So with twittered voice, smiling eyes and a slight brush of her feathered tail on an exposed cheek to entice soft waking minds, she is gone leaving a momentary grasp of wonder of where you've been.
