Description

A special function that is a solution of the Airy differential equation (y'' - x*y = 0). Named after George Bidwell Airy, this function is represented by the integrand, cos(t^3/3+x*t) dt, with the limits from zero to infinity. It has a related function, Bi(x), which increases in the positive x value range.
