Description

"When Command initially asked me to solve the issue of an overpopulation of "Scraps" creatures out in the colonies, I never thought the answer could turn out to be so simple. Take one of the offending creatures, add a lot of upper body mass, and alter their neuro-chemistry so they are "annoyed" by the scent of unaltered Scraps pheramones, and voila! The Scrapper is born! Err, created... Engineered... Whatever."
