(Based on aaarrrggg's Bura tribes collection)
These Bura have come to embrace the psychoactive properties of green spice. Consequently the Hookahbura simply cannot be bothered with aesthetic details such as charms or even clothing for that matter- being free 'as mother nature intended'.
------RE: thanks everybody who commented and for the feature but credit must go to aaarrrggg for her original Bura design. If this is the first time you've seen one of these creatures and you're unfamiliar with aaarrrggg's brilliant work you really ought to take a look at her sporepedia. Aaarrrggg is the 'mother of buras' and this creation is merely a tribe based upon her wonderful bura creation. This feature is as much hers as it is mine- perhaps even more so.
