Grab the Impact Driver tool and bring it to the hanging post to fasten the post to the ground. When you are done bolting down all 12 posts, Talk to Yill.

Grab the Steel Pipe and bring it to the Bolt Symbol to put up the middle rail. When you are done bolting up all 12 middle rails, Talk to Yill.
